I can’t sleep. We’re taking a huge percentage of total Saivian growth, and producing a lot of significant income earners on our team. It’s so satisfying to see.
NEW T4S (TEXT4$UCCESS) IMAGE/FLYER
Last night I tried to text our new texting image to every single person on our group list. I’m sure I missed some people, so if you didn’t get it, text me at 571.235.8227 and say “Send me the T4S image,” or you can also go grab it yourself on our team training (“Login”) page at http://www.20PercentRebate.com (password “success”). Thanks to Holli Dark, our TBC (Team Beautification Chief), for creating such a powerful image for us!
Even after sending it to the team and posting it on our site, we already have an upgraded version of it. We had a few people (like Andrew Farrell) comment that the bags&feet foto on it wasn’t the best, and late last night Holli found a beautiful replacement pic that is now on the image posted on the site. I am NOT re-texting it to everyone, so you’ll have to go get it yourself. But the woman’s smile in the new pic is worth the time to get the new image! 🙂
By the way, we call it the “Image/Flyer” because you can use it as a text image that you send to people like you’d text them a foto, and/or you can make it a flyer, printing it on an 8.5×11 page. And if you missed the “compliance” discussion on the Sun. night training call, we changed the image because we are no longer using other company logos, like Costco or BestBuy or whatever. We don’t have permission to use their logos, and we don’t need to, either. Plus, having a “list” of stores may confuse prospects by making them think they can only use those stores. From now on, please do not use any marketing material that has other company logos on it.
CONVENTION REGISTRATIONS
From what I’ve heard, there’s a small number of Vegas registrations right now, and I wouldn’t be surprised if our team has a third of them. On the Mon. night 9:30pm training call, Saivian Pres. John Sheehan announced a $100K promotion, only for reps who register by Feb. 14 to participate. I haven’t been given any info on how the $100K will be awarded (or earned), but if 500 people register (which would be a stretch), dividing $100K by 500 = $200/person, almost a free plane ticket for everyone. More than likely there will be some performance requirement, which will cut in half the number of people who qualify (or drop it to 10 or 20%). If 50 people split the $100K, that’s now a $2000/person bonus.
TRANSLATION: Be in Vegas. 🙂

If you’ve registered for the Vegas convention, please tell me! I want to make sure you’re on our invite list for a few special events at our Vegas house. You don’t need to stay at our house in order to attend our events.
1000 TOTAL VIP AND HIGHER RANKS
If you’ve been on the last few training calls, you’ve heard Master Affiliate Kevin Marino talking about helping 100 people reach the 5-Star rank. Last month you may have heard our upline talking about another goal of 1000 people at the VIP rank in 2016. JFTR (just for the record), by the time I reach 5-Star, we’ll easily have 100 VIPs on our team, so saying one 5-Star = approx. 100 VIPs is a safe conclusion. There are a lot of variables, but the math is much easier to project here: a VIP = 12 memberships, and a 5-Star = 750 memberships, so 750/12 = 62.5 VIPs per 5-Star. But you’ll always have uneven building where one leg grows faster than another, which means you’ll have a lot more than 750 people when you actually reach 5-Star. Therefore, if the whole company has 100 people at 5-Star, it’s easy to go 100 5-Stars x 100 VIPs = 10,000 VIPs.
